Band Description
Newly formed pop duo, KNIGHT
After meeting in L.A in 2016, the newly formed pop duo, KNIGHT , have aligned themselves with the current state of affairs as their source for inspiration. The news headlines have shown no shortage of subject matter for the pair, that uses music as an outlet.
"We were actually recording in the studio and could hear people marching outside during the massive Women's march in DTLA. Music has been our form of protest, as well as therapy"
"Everyone already knows what's going on out there. What matters is what we turn it into. We write pop music that you can bounce to and not think about, but if you listen to the lyrics you hear another story"
IYou can look forward to KNIGHT’s next single, set to release this summer. In the meantime, you can keep up at YouAreKnight.com

KNIGHT’s new song “ $ ” is being released April 14th. Despite the subject matter stemming from a darker place, the duo turns it into something light and catchy.

"Everyone already knows what's going on out there. What matters is what we turn it into. We write pop music that you can bounce to and not think about, but if you listen to the lyrics you hear another story"
Intimate in many ways, yet headstrong in achieving its objective, “$” comes with complicated arrangements that have been smoothed out so the various moving parts move as if a cohesive whole. It's a bouncy pop song with catchy melodies and everything directed by way of a singer who is equal parts leader and authoritarian. " $ " will leave you craving more from this up and coming duo.
